After a 30-year IRS career, I became an Enrolled Agent solving IRS tax issues for all my clients. As a Revenue Officer, I was a Collection employee for the IRS, focusing on liens, levies, offer-in-compromise, and installment agreements. 

For the last ten years of my IRS career I worked as a bankruptcy advisor. I worked with IRS District Counsel, United States Bankruptcy Trustees, and prepared the IRS Proof of Claim. 

I have been a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA) since 2008.  

I am familiar with both the Internal Revenue Code and the Bankruptcy Chapters. I can help you resolve your problems and advocate on your behalf with the Internal Revenue Service. I will personally represent you in the resolution of your IRS tax problems. My business ethics focus on honesty, integrity, responsibility, client privacy, and confidentiality.

As an Enrolled Agent I am a federally licensed tax practitioner empowered by the U.S. Department of Treasury to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels of the Internal Revenue Service. If you have unfiled delinquent tax returns, I have the knowledge, skill, and ability to prepare and file these returns.

I joined the Prescott, Arizona Chamber of Commerce in June, 2021.
