The IRS Return Preparer Office announced this week, refunds will be issued to approximately 77,000 individuals.

The IRS will soon be revising IRS Form 2848, Power of Attorney, to delete any mention or reference to a 'Registered Tax Return Preparer'.
Only Enrolled Agents, attorneys, and CPAs are licensed by the Department of Treasury to represent and practice before the IRS.
