URGENT: Social Security Alert: 2016 major changes!!
On November 2, 2015, President Barack Obama signed The Bipartisan Budget Act of 2015.
If you are married, and are ages 62 thorugh 66, this Act will affect Social Security benefits in 2016.
If you are married, and one spouse is collecting Social Security benefits, and the other spouse is not, this Act, could impact you.
As of May 1, 2016, "file and suspend" and "spousal benefits" will change.
